Zumba 101 New to dance and/or group fitness? Zumba 101 is for you! All the intensity and excitment of regular Zumba, but in a low impact setting. Merengue, Salsa, and Cha Cha your way to a sexier, more confident you! No previous dance experience necessary. Class size is limited to 8. You must pre-register with a check before the first night of class.
