A 45-minute class to challenge every muscle in the body. A unique form of stretching and strengthening exercise, focusing on proper body movement and working the body as an integrated system of muscles. The benefits of Pilates include improved posture, increased flexibility, balance, and strength. Please bring your own pilates/yoga mat and ball. Sessions run for 6 weeks (one class/week).
