Tai Chi Chuan is a sophisticated system of mind/body exercise and one of three “internal” martial arts. This is an ongoing class for students who already have a background in tai chi or who have "graduated" from the beginning class and would like to continue their tai chi training. In this class, students receive ongoing instruction in jin cultivation exercises, the Tung family ( Yang style) second and third slow sets, double-hand push hands and martial applications.

Tai Chi Chuan is a sophisticated system of mind/body exercise and one of three “internal” martial arts. This beginning class is designed to give students a foundation in tai chi movement principles, basic concepts and techniques of internal training, and the health benefits of regular practice. Students learn three interrelated sets of skills that can be practiced in class as a group or out of class on their own: (a) the Tung family (Yang style) first slow set, (b) single-hand push hands, and (c) basic internal training exercises for developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and speed the "tai chi" way.
