Infinite Light Yoga
Studio A

Mondays, 9:30 am 11:00 am
Wednesdays, 6:30 pm-8:00 pm
Instructor Dena Beratta

Infinite Light Yoga classes are based on the principles of classical yoga.  You will be guided through centering, pranayama (breathing), warm-ups, asanas (postures), and relaxation; encouraged to fine your "edge", working at your own level and honoring your body in it's current state of health.  Class is led using progressions and modifications so that each student will be comfortable, yet still challenged, as they explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit.  Give it a try regardless of your age and fitness level.  You have nothing to lose and so much to gain.
The practice of yoga is available and accessible for every person and every body.  In addition to countless health benefits, it is a wonderful gateway to self discovery, inner peace and joy, as well as creativity and productivity. The practice of yoga enhances all other areas of life, and I am excited to share my knowledge and love of the practice with you.

Infinite Light Yoga classes are taught in five locations by a dynamic group of teachers. This arrangement offers students the flexibility to go to any other classes with any teacher at any of their locations.  We have three classes here at the Wellness Center; Mondays and Fridays, 9:30-11:00 am and Tuesdays at 6:00 pm. For other times and locations see the website below. Your first class is free.
